What is the Restoration Workforce Survey?
The largest threats facing the Property Restoration Industry are workforce challenges. The industry’s ability to adapt to the changing profile of the restoration worker will determine if new, quality workers can be sustainably recruited and retained by the industry. KnowHow is conducting the largest survey ever conducted on the North American Restoration Workforce. This survey will help the industry better understand what industry leaders must do to attract and retain qualified workers, and create a work experience that motivates new workers to pursue a career in the industry. The results of this survey will be completely anonymous for all participants.
How Will the Data Collected From Survey Responses Be Used?
Once we collect enough responses, the team at KnowHow will be compiling all the data into an easy to understand eBook which will be made available to the entire industry for free. The release date is yet to be determined, but can be expected in late spring 2022.

Survey participants will be asked to enter an email address which we will reach out to if you have been selected as a prize winner! You can also check our social media channels for updates on prize announcements.
When Will Prizes Be Drawn?
Early bird prizes will be drawn on December 20th, 2021. All entries for early bird prizes must be in by December 19th, so if you have your eye on an early bird prize, complete the survey before then!General prize winners will be announced one prize at a time, intermittently until early February.
